How to make mango salsa

Step 1: Chop the mangos and set them aside.

Step 2: Dice all the veggies and place them in a large bowl.

Step 3: Add all the salsa ingredients to the bowl. Drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with the seasonings.

Step 4: Toss to combine and serve with corn chips or grilled meat.
Tips from my kitchen
- Do not use mangos that are too ripe or mushy.
- Use firm and ripe avocados, not too green or too ripe. Get them to feel just right to the touch.
- If you do not like cilantro, you can swap it with parsley.
- Purple onions can be swapped with white sweet onions.

Common Questions
You can store leftovers in a container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I do not recommend freezing.
You can swap the mango with peaches, pineapple, or strawberries.
You can also use jalapenos instead of poblano peppers. If you want to reduce the amount of heat, remove the veins and seeds.
